The holiday season is upon us and we are excited to spend time with loved ones; stepping into the new year with more freedom to travel and enjoy new experiences. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support during 2021 and share some important information about our operations during this year’s holiday period.
Holiday Season Operations
The majority of our team members will be taking a well-earned break in this period, we will have limited staffing. We will be closed on the 25th, 28th of December and the 3rd of January. On the 24th and 31st of December, we will be closing early at 17:30.
Our service delivery and number management teams will have reduced staffing to manage any emergency issues. However, with the entire telecommunications industry running with limited staffing and/or in embargo periods, there may be delays. Our entire team will be rested and ready to help you in full force from Monday 10 January 2021. Setting a Holiday Announcement and Time Condition
As we prepare for our own automated opening hours to be set, we thought it would be timely to remind you to do the same. To set your opening hours during the holiday season and to play a custom announcement you will need to utilise two objects from your PBX portal; the first being a time condition, which will allow you to set the hours and days of operation, and the second being an announcement object, which will play an updated message letting your customer know your opening hours, you can either record these yourself through the object or order a professional voice artist service from the order services tab (48 hours lead time required).
