What is the recruitment process at VoIPline?

  1. Apply online

    Once you submit your application, our recruiter will review it. If it looks like a good fit, we’ll give you a call to ask a few questions, such as what attracted you to the role and what your career goals are. Depending on the position, we might also ask a few technical questions.

  2. In-office interview

    If you move forward, you’ll be invited to an interview in a panel. You will take part in a behavioural interview, and you might be asked to complete a skills test depending on the role. This is your chance to showcase your skills, personality, and experience.

  3. It’s decision time

    If you’re the successful candidate, you’ll receive a job offer, which could be contingent on passing a background check or other pre-employment requirements.

What is the dress code at VoIPline?
