Automation and integration tools

API

Make calls via the API with the option of selecting the desired user and caller ID.
Get a list of user, queues, and ring group calls.
Many parameters by date, user, sorting, offset, and others.
Conveniently test the API directly from the portal.
Secure API access restricted by the IP address whitelist.

Webhooks

Multiple endpoints can be created.
Select triggers to send webhooks for each endpoint individually.
Multiple triggers that work across the entire account level: inbound, outbound calls with different statuses (start, answer, completion), queue and ring group calls, as well as call recordings (inbound and outbound) and voicemail.
Get full details of the call: type of call, who is calling, who is being called, when, and so on.
Conveniently test webhooks directly from the portal.

API PBX object

Call the API at any point in your call flow.
Number mode: if a call goes through the API object, the call is redirected to the desired number on request—this can be either an internal number or any other number.
Caller ID prefix mode: if the call goes through the API object, our system makes an API request to the external web application and in return expects a line of text that would be used as a caller ID displayed on the handset.

Webhook PBX object

Unlike webhooks, which operate at the entire account level and have specific triggers, this object can send a webhook from any point in the call flow.
Get full details of the call: type of call, who is calling, who is being called, when, and so on.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pay for the integration licence on a per-user basis?

No, our integration features apply to the entire account and cannot be limited to specific users. Therefore, we cannot offer a pricing model that allows selection of specific users for integration services.

Will the price of the integration subscription change if I delete some users?

Yes, the cost of the integration subscription is dynamic. If you add or delete users, the subscription cost will automatically adjust accordingly

Can I pay for just one or several integrations?

No, the subscription includes access to the entire range of integration options.

What is the difference between integrations (API/webhooks) PBX objects and those located in the customer portal tab?

The integrations located in the customer portal tab operate at the account level, allowing you to configure triggers and receive webhooks from all matching calls.
The integration PBX objects, however, are used for specific call flow scenarios, enabling you to set triggers at particular points in the call flow.

Can CRM integrations be used with third-party softphones?

No, CRM integrations work exclusively within the Webphone.
