Do I need to register with government regulatory bodies?

If you're a channel partner, you don't need to register with any regulatory bodies. However, whitelabel and wholesale partners need to be members of the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO).

How can I be sure that you won’t contact my customers?

Honesty is key to building a successful partnership. If we were to reach out to your customers behind your back, it would harm our relationship and ruin our reputation. That’s the last thing we want. We value our partners and the trust we’ve built.

Can I use my own billing software to charge for the services?

As a wholesale partner, you can use any third-party billing platform that works best for you and integrate it with our services.

What payment gateways are supported?

We offer several options: Stripe and SecurePay for credit and debit cards, PayPal, GoCardless for direct debits, and direct bank deposits.

What if I want to charge for PBX maintenance on top of your normal rates?

All of our partner programs let you create and set your own prices for custom services. So, if you'd like to charge for PBX maintenance, you can easily add that to your offerings.

Can I sell my own phones/equipment?

Channel and whitelabel partners are limited to selling our equipment only. However, as a wholesale partner, you have the flexibility to sell your own equipment or offer ours.

What support is offered to partners?

We help you choose the right program to fit your needs, give you a demo of the partner portal, and provide ongoing sales support. Plus, our customer support team will be available for any technical questions you might have. Wholesale partners also receive additional extensive training to help them learn about our services.

Are there lock-in contracts?
